CODE OF CONDUCT


DISTRITO T-MOBILE


Welcome


Distrito T-Mobile ("Distrito T-Mobile") is private property owned by DL, LLC and DL Hotel Company, LLC. The Code of Conduct of Distrito T-Mobile was established to protect visitors, customers, employees, and tenants of Distrito T-Mobile from any improper behavior, as well from any offensive activity that may disrupt the enjoyment and rights of our visitors and tenants or acts that interfere with its nature and function. While you are visiting Distrito T-Mobile, you are obligated to follow the rules outlined in our Code of Conduct. Otherwise, if necessary, action will be taken in accordance with Law #179 of December 6, 2007, known as the "Visitor, Employee, and Tenant Protection and Security Code for Shopping Centers."


The following activities are prohibited and constitute violations of the Code of Conduct:

  1. Not being fully dressed, without shoes or a shirt, or wearing clothing resembling underwear. Entering and walking through Distrito T-Mobile with hoods, covered faces, costumes, or inappropriate attire that makes it difficult to identify the visitor or that may disrupt the enjoyable atmosphere of Distrito T-Mobile.

  2. Bring food, drinks, or consumables that have not been purchased in Distrito T-Mobile, as well as coolers, glass containers, or beach chairs.

  3. Possessing any open can or bottle, or any other receptacle containing non-alcoholic and alcoholic beverages, except in specifically designated areas for the consumption of alcoholic beverages.

  4. Running, playing, including playing with balls, using roller skates, skateboards, scooters, golf carts, bicycles, or similar transportation methods in any area of Distrito T-Mobile.

  5. Entering restricted service areas without authorization or emergency, obstructing, or interfering with the free movement of people walking through Distrito T-Mobile, congregating in groups with the purpose of disturbing the peace or committing an illegal act.

  6. Using aerial drones or other remotely operated devices that, if used from inside or outside, record or collect images within Distrito T-Mobile.

  7. Smoking (including electronic devices) within Distrito T-Mobile.

  8. Employees, tenants, and visitors must undergo mandatory screening to enter the facilities. Identified items (such as purses, bags, wallets, backpacks, baby strollers, suitcases, among others) at the metal detector will be subject to inspection.

  9. Entering Distrito T-Mobile with weapons, firearms, or any object intended to cause bodily harm, except for duly authorized law enforcement officers and/or individuals or officials authorized by law and in their capacity.

  10. Possessing, using, selling, and distributing controlled substances in violation of the Drug Law, as well as using incendiary or explosive materials or substances, pyrotechnic devices, fireworks, or any other substance that, by its nature, poses a risk to the safety of Distrito T-Mobile and its visitors.

  11. Sitting on garden floors, railings, stairs, trash bins, or in public access areas.

  12. Yelling, singing, playing musical instruments, using radios, cassette players, CD players, or similar electronic devices inappropriately that may interrupt musical and artistic activities in Distrito T-Mobile.

  13. Parking vehicles in restricted or prohibited areas affecting the safety of pedestrians, visitors, vehicular traffic, and Distrito T-Mobile operations.

  14. Creating, throwing, discarding, or disposing of trash or any paper, glass, plastic, or material in common areas owned by Distrito T-Mobile, as well in areas leased to various tenants for restaurants, shops, offices, and other uses.

  15. Damaging or destroying any physical or personal property that is part of or located in Distrito T-Mobile or its surroundings, belonging to Distrito T-Mobile, its visitors, customers, employees, or tenants. This includes writing, scratching, painting, or drawing graffiti on any wall, floor, or other structure of Distrito T-Mobile.

  16. The use of physical force or violence against another person, obscene language and gestures, insults, or slurs against any person based on race, gender, gender preference, religious creed, political creed, or ethnic group, as well as for any other reason that disrupts the peace or disturbs the tranquility of people visiting or working in Distrito T-Mobile.

  17. Physically or verbally threatening any person, fighting, disturbing others with noisy or loud activities, staring at someone inquisitively or intrusively, inducing violence, using obscene language, or engaging in conduct that explicitly has sexual connotations or any other activity that interferes, causes discomfort, disrupts, or endangers people visiting or working in the Distrito T-Mobile, or in any way interrupts its operations.

  18. Recordings of any category or type, interviews, and any activity involving facilities, employees, tenants, and visitors, for pecuniary or financial purposes, without prior authorization from Distrito T-Mobile. 

  19. Using facilities, employees, tenants, and visitors for commercial purposes without prior written authorization from Distrito T-Mobile.

  20. Lurking, loitering, or remaining on the premises of Distrito T-Mobile without a specific and legitimate purpose.

  21. Soliciting money, requesting contributions or donations, conducting surveys about public or political opinion, or for commercial or any other purpose, distributing flyers, advertising, or promotional material of any kind, except when the Distrito T-Mobile’s administration has granted written authorization, subject to imposed limitations.

  22. Bringing pets and all types of animals, except those in service that accompany individuals with physical or visual impairments who are duly certified by corresponding laws.

  23. Activating any emergency switch without a present emergency, including those placed in elevators or escalators.

  24. Committing any violation of federal, state, or municipal laws or regulations in Distrito T-Mobile.

  25. Engaging in any activity incompatible or unsuitable with the activities of Distrito T-Mobile and its tenants, except when Distrito T-Mobile’s administration has provided prior written authorization.

  26. Engaging in any form of public demonstration or expression within the premises of the Distrito T-Mobile.

IF YOU RESIST OR REFUSE TO COMPLY WITH THIS CODE OF CONDUCT, YOU WILL BE ASKED TO LEAVE THE PREMISES OF DISTRITO T-MOBILE. IF YOU RESIST OR REFUSE TO LEAVE THE PREMISES, THE MECHANISMS OR METHODS PROVIDED BY THE LAW WILL BE USED TO REMOVE YOU FROM DISTRITO T-MOBILE AND ENFORCE THE RULES CONTAINED IN THIS CODE OF CONDUCT. 
THE ADMINISTRATION OF DISTRITO T-MOBILE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO MODIFY, CHANGE, ADD, OR REMOVE PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES UNDER THIS CODE OF CONDUCT AT ANY TIME.
DISTRITO T-MOBILE ENHANCES ITS SURVEILLANCE THROUGH THE USE OF SECURITY CAMERAS.
